Working knowledge of Various End-user Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, Android & iOS)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer (including AD, DNS, DHCP, etc)

Working knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, VMWare, Parallels, etc)

Working knowledge of email platforms (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google G Suite, etc)

Fundamental understanding of networking (VLANs, DHCP, VPN, etc)

Basic Problem-solving Techniques (must work well under pressure)
